Returns and Exchanges

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, because it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. You can choose a between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or do not perform as advertised

We will not accept returns or refunds for personalised or customised products or items. These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match our description.

 

Proof of Purchase

Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:

  • Online proof of purchase
  • Tax Invoice
  • Financial statement such as a credit card statement or a bank statement (however, when the proof of purchase does not clearly itemise the goods, more than one type of proof of purchase may be required).

Note: Refunds will only be issued using your original payment method;

In the event you need to return or request a replacement for a faulty item, please email customercare@mypetmemorials.com.au  with your order ID, full name, email and contact phone number.
